Stated themselves as Brazillian BBQ Churrascaria, Papagayo want to introduce the South American ways of eating to Bali foodies and culinary enthusiast; Churrascaria, or often referred as Churrasco, is actually synonym with ‘Barbecue’. In contemporary culture, restaurant serves this type of barbeque in unique presentation. Passadores (meat waiters) come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared certain kinds of meat. In Papagayo, this feat becomes one of the experiences for their guest.
