Featuring an openair dining space, the restaurant serves arrays of international and local-inspired dishes made from fresh ingredients into a delectable portion of goodness.
One of The Dauh recommended collection of menus comes in form of ‘Dapur Bali’; a specialized selection of Balinese authentic dishes; such as balung bawi panggang; a plate of grilled pork ribs marinated in traditional Balinese spices, or ayam kalas; Balinese chicken stew with coconut turmeric curry sauce and green papaya. Seafood lover should also try sari segara tunu; which consists grilled seafood goodness of prawn, tuna, mussel and squid. All dishes are served with steamed rice, vegetables, crackers and traditional Balinese ‘sambal’ chilli sauce.
One of the most unique aspect of dining at The Dauh is you can opt to feast upon your meal while swimming on the pool. Your ordered dishes will then be served with a large floating tray specially made so it would not flip or drown, giving you an impressive dining and leisure experience altogether.
