Then tuna sambal matah could be your pick of main menu; a portion of grilled tuna and Balinese ‘raw chili sauce with chopped fresh shallot on top. Wrap up your dine with pisang goreng, which consist honey-glazed fried bananas with strawberry ice cream and raisin on side.
